Founded, launched and managed a financial research firm based in Charlottesville, VA. As President, oversaw all of firm’s day-to-day operations (publishing schedules, marketing campaigns, and client fulfillment). As Chief Market Strategist, directed the firm’s macro and value-based investment focus while providing tailored investment strategies to firm’s retail, corporate, public sector, and institutional clientele.

Founded and launched a boutique financial research firm based in Baltimore, MD. As Founder, raised venture capital, designed and developed firm’s customer acquisition and client management system in collaboration with IT team, and implemented financial solutions for firm’s clientele. As President managed firm’s operations team, oversaw customer fulfillment, and represented firm in radio/television appearances.

Within one year of operation the firm acquired 3,000 high net-worth private wealth clients including executives from Ravenswood Vineyards, SRA International, Homebuilders Analytics, Elite Entertainment, SVM-NY. Within this same year, the firm expanded employee team 600%, and was sold to a larger competitor.

Senior Analyst
2003 – 2008
Youngest Senior Analyst in the history of the firm. Performed securities analysis to offer financial solutions to the firm’s Private Wealth clientele. Investment focus included distressed securities, macro-theme based investing, and options trading. Introduced emerging market coverage to the firm’s offerings in 2006, opening several markets in the process.
